- Supabase — our database and authentication provider (supabase.com).
- Firebase (Google) — used to deliver push notifications to Android devices.
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — used to deliver push notifications to iOS devices.

4. Data Retention
We retain account and order data for as long as the hotel's account is active. Staff accounts and associated data are deleted upon request. Device push tokens are removed when a user logs out or uninstalls the app.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security in our database, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Room Service Butler is intended for use by hotel staff and guests aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your data.
